Time Delay Relay

We had a big thuderstorm over the weekend and ended up losing power for about an hour. Went to get a soda this morning and the machine(Selcitvend SV170) will not vend. I started looking around and found the Time Delay Relay was fried. I have search the internet and can not find one anywhere. Any ideas will be appreciated. Is there a way to bypass the relay and go to free vend?

Time Delay Relay?

I ain't never heard of "time delay relay" on a soda machine? I know of credit relay's sometimes called a vend relay, but never heard of no "time delay relay".
