DIXIE NARCO 501mc can go next step from HD

I have dixie narco 501 mc 8 selection good coin mechanisms andgood Bill aceptor need programing prices and only can go to HD AND NO MORE no next step i ready change the board and same problem board is SII, SIID, SD. AND NO RESPOND CANNOT PASS TO HD only

Dixie-Narco SIID (S2D) can't change/program prices

arturo,
since you have already changed the boards I will assume you have an SIID board and not the older MPC board.
Was this machine ever a Coke machine at one time or did someone swap a Coke SIID controller into it? The controller board on Coke machines use different buttons (4 instead of 3) and a different sequence to program, also Coke controller boards require a password to go very far down into the programming cycle. We have the programming manuals for both Dixie-Narco's here on our website:

I'll see if I can find the standard factory password, but if some previous owner (bottler) changed it you might be out of luck.
