Only odd rows working on candy tray

Somehow my harness got loose on the candy row of my GPL 159 and a pin was bent on the tray board, I ordered a new harness and board and installed them. Now only the odd rows are working. Is there a difference in the boards for the 5 selection vs the 10? that is the only reason I can figure this would happen. When I try to run the even rows the machine pauses for 3-4 seconds like it is trying to run the motors then says "make another selection"
