DN 501E DUMPING CHANGE!! HELP!

I have a Dixie Narco 501E with a Mars 2000 bill validator and a Mars TRC 6512 MDB changer. This machine has started doing some weird stuff... sometimes I go to check it and the coin return is full and overflowing with change... the digital price display is counting in 1.00 increments up to its limit and then displaying random numbers. At times, while trying to refill the changer, it takes it upon itself to dump the change again. While the counting/random numbers are going, the changer and bill validator's LED is flashing twice. This doesn't happen all the time, but it seems to be getting more frequent. Any ideas? Please? Thank you!

Dixie Narco paying out too much change

First of all I would change the coin changer if this doesn't fix the problem I would change the control board.
