National 430 - compressor won't turn off

Hi, I have a National 430 cold-food machine. The compressor won't turn off, even when the door is open. It froze everything, caused a huge mess.

I think there's an SCR, rather than a relay, next to the compressor. I'd like to know if there's anywhere to find that part, or if it can be replaced with a relay/contactor?
