Help ! " no io controller" message on FR800/850 combo

Hello.

I have a combo FR800/850 machine and it is displaying a " NO IO CONTROLLER" message. That happened after I changed the prices on some items. Help please, I do not know how to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you very much:-)

Maybe a loose harness between boards or you corrupted the

board. You could also have a bad logic board now.
