Dixie Narco DNCB 501T/280-8-Not Powering Up

I have a Dixie Narco DNCB 501T/280-8 that just completely stopped getting power. It is a single price vending machine and having trouble locating fuses to check to see if fuse has been blown. It is receiving power from the outlet.
