HELP

Hi
My little cousin has gotten his hands on a very old soda machine and would like to fix it up. But we have no idea where to start. I can't seem to find a manual or any particular info on this specific machine. If you could help in anyway that would be appreciated. MODEL # VF56C-6 SERIAL # 211044930
