Dixie narco change dispenced when you put a dollar in bill acceptor

I put on new dollar acceptor and now it dispences change and cans of pop. Until all change is gone then it just takes dollars but no pop

It is supposed to give you change and a can of soda, when you put in a dollar. Are you saying it vends a can of soda without pushing the selection button?
