Machine miss vending every 3rd time

Hi everyone, I have a Vendo 576 Vmax Coke soda machine, that for some reason will vend properly except for every 3rd one nothing comes out. That goes for all the columns. Looks as if everything is set up right..shims, spacers, cams and loaded properly. Anyone have any ideas? I was thinking of reprogramming the space to sales and the sales depth. Could not find the sales depth programming in the manual so im not sure if that is an option on this machine? One other thing was once in a while out of column one I would get two sodas per vend?
Any help would be great!!

Soda Vending Machine Vending Too Few or Too Many Cans

Universal,
For the selection that is vending too many cans check the motor brake, if they get just a little bit sticky, from usually soda spray, they will not stop the motor and 2 cans come out.
As for every 3rd can not vending, does it then vend 2 cans the next time?
