only 1st motor vends

my machine only vends first motor and I can't manually vend any others.
what could be issue? A drink got stuck and exploded.

Only 1st Selection Works on Soda Vending Machine

I think I can help you, but I need to know the Make & Model#. There is a section on the forum here that tells you how/where to find the Make & Model# on your vending machine. I need to know if it is a single price or a multi-price machine the model# will tell me that.
