Dixie narco 522e help

Hey folks my name is Chris and I am extremely new to the vending business. I recently purchased 2 machines (snack and drink) and I am now experiencing some issues with my drink machine. The issue I am having is that my machine will sometimes double vend cans which will make it so the next customer that puts in their money and makes the same selection then gets nothing. I do not know enough about these machines to know what it is that is going wrong so I was hoping I could join a forum like this and learn from some of the experienced veterans of vending. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Dixie-Narco Vending 2 Cans then none.

Triplechris,
There are couple of things it could be;
1. Make sure the cams are set to 3 notches for the microswitches. instead of 2 or 1 notches.
2. Also if the can shims are installed misaligned or the wrong number of them or the wrong size, this could also cause it to vend the wrong number of product.
Those are the first 2 things I would check.
