Coins accepted/counted but bypass tubes and fall to cash box

My Dixie Narco 5591 will take and count coins and properly dispense a beverage. However, all the coins fall to the cash box. Everything appears fine. I can't fill the machine and have it count coins because they fall to the cash box. Thoughts?

Coins Tubes Not Being Filled

It sounds like you coin mech is bad. Used/rebuilt ones are available on the web $100-$200, just read the brand & model numbers off of the side of the coin mech and do a google search.
A work around is to fill the tubes manually by puting coins in the slots at the top of each tube on the coin mech. I did this once for months because I didn't want to buy another coin mech.
