can was jammed and now it will not work

I just bought this machine and filled it. one can got jammed i was able to remove it but the cam never continued around. from what i have read on this forum it would move back around after removing the can. i pulled the switch off the cam to open the circuit i put coins in and made that selection and the motor rotated and it moved around. i stopped it so when i put the switch back on it was open. i put the switch back on and now it will not work. when you put coins in and make that selection it just says to make another selection. any ideas would be helpfull.

Is this a single price soda

Is this a single price soda machine or a multi-price soda machine? It makes a differance which kind it is. A multi-price machine can be set for each selection to vend at a different price and usually has a digital readout showing the price of each when that button is pushed. If you get back to me with info I think we figure this out. Also if you could tell me the make and model number of the soda machine it would be helpful.

sorry i have not got back to

sorry i have not got back to you. i have a dn501emc/s11-9 a multi-price machine. i have not had time to play with it but i notice instructions on inside the door i was wondering if i just tried to move the motor in diag. mode if it would some how reset its self and start working. it was working fine before the can got jammed.
