S2D Controller Board

I just bought a refurbished S2D board and when I hooked it up the display reads all 8"s. I have tried to program it and nothing happens. Any advice?

Dixie-Narco S2D controller board not functioning.

rdgibbons,
First, double check all the connections.
Second, I would un-plug the validator and coin mech and see if it will work without them, there might be a problem with either of them causing the board to malfunction.
Third, if this doesn't help chances are you have a bad board, return it for another.
