RS800/850 Motor or Board problem 1-800Vending

1-800 Vending Combo machine. 6 drink slots. motors don't "home". Vend is irregular. I swapped a motor control board from another machine, which I thought was working, but the same issue on all 6 motors. sometimes when pressing B1, B2 spins, or tries to. Any guidance would be helpful.

You might have a loose or incorrectly installed motor harness

connector. You could also have a shorted wire or a bad motor that can cause this. This would cause feedback into the harness to the board and cause more than one motor or the wrong motor to turn. Pull each snack shelf out and inspect the harnesses carefully looking for loose connectors on motors or for any frayed wires.
