Hello again,
I just loaded my machine with cans(1 case) in every column, but it just takes my money and nothing comes out. I think I hear a motor run but no soda? What gives. Is it broke already I just got it.

I suspect you need to prime the machine.
depending on the type of machine you have (single price or multi-price) there are several ways to do this.
I'll start with the method that works with ALL machines, it's slower, but simpler and easier.
Method 1: (All Machines) put money in and push the first selection button, repeat (money in, push button) until you get a can. Go to next selection and do the same thing (money in, push button) until you get a can. Keep doing this with each selection until you done this with all the selections. Your machine should now be primed and should vend fine. If not you have something else wrong.
Method 2: (Single Price Machines) open up machine and remove the vend motors cover (see pic in the basic terms post), now starting with the first selection vend motor manually press on the switch that activates the motor (see pic below). Release it after it starts to turn, it will run until it reaches the next notch in the cam (the round plastic disk). Repeat until you get a can/bottle. Note: hold your hand at the vend chute to catch the can/bottle! Go to next selection and repeat. Keep repeating this until you have primed all the selections.
Method 3: (Multi-price Machines) unfortunately each make and model is different and you will have to follow the instructions on the door for 'motor test'. If the instructions on the door are missing you will need the service manual for your make/model of soda machine. We have the service/programming manuals available for Dixie-Narco, Vendo, Royal and many other vending machines right here on our site at this link: http://www.vend-resource.com/book/free-vending-machine-service-manuals
or you can use the menu at the top of this page and go to VEND LIBRARY > VENDING MACHINE SERVICE MANUALS
But beware when you find the manual for your machine, the machines have many multiple levels in the menu's to go through to access this feature and there is a learning curve. Some people think it easier to just put money in as described in method 1.

Alvin.Josh2,
Even though there are exceptions to everything the easiest way to tell single price mach and multi price. Is if the machine has a digital display it will probably be multi price due to the fact it takes electronics for the display it will have a control board. Single price machines are controlled by the coin mech. There are displays that can be connected to the single price mechs but were rarely used.
