AMS Sensit combo blowing fuse

I have a current model AMS Sensit Combo that has recently started blowing the 3amp fuse.
First time it happened was when I was filling it last week, I pushed the second tray from the top back in and machine lost power to control board.
After checking that power simply did not go off I checked the fuse and replaced it. The machine then worked okay for around 36 hours then the fuse blew again. I have just had a call from the site ho have told me it appears it has blown again.
Could it be something as simply as a loose wire that is arcing out or should I look for something else. Any help on this will be very much appreciated

This could be an easy fix or a time consuming one.

I'd start by looking closely at the second shelf's wiring harness. Remove the shelf and inspect every inch of the wiring for a bare spot. Look also for any signs of harnesses rubbing against something. You probably have a wire grounding out intermittently. If you don't find it in that shelf or harness then you'll need to inspect them all. If it's not there then it's still there an you'll want to start at the logic board and work your way down to each device. The fuse protects the 24v circuit so its not going to be a problem in the lighting, fans or cooling.
