dixie-narco 420-240

i have a Dixie-narco pepsi machine that was given to me and most of the wires have been chewed by rats they are all white and have numbers on them. I was suspecting that I needed to just match numbers??? I have got most of it back together however the wires that go to the push buttons are chewed and I cant tell what numbers they are... any pics or advise will help greatly thank you very much..

Use the wiring diagram that is on the inside of the inner door.

There are too many variables in machine models to know exactly which wiring diagram you need so if your diagram isn't readable on your inner door you're probably just wasting time. These machines are a dime a dozen so why waste time on it? If you insist on spinning your wheels you can peruse this list of Dixie Narco wiring diagrams. Use the 'previous' and 'next' buttons on the bottom of the page to move through the list. http://cranems.com/parts-support/tech-publications

By the way, I think you meant to post that your machine is a DN440, not a 420. Size does matter. I should also add that your downfall will come when you think you have all the wires repaired and the machine still won't work. Any one wire can cause this to happen, and it WILL happen, and you'll regret all the time you spent on it.

It's not new enough to be a 440. I tried looking at the link that you sent me to but I didn't find anything that looked like the bottom half of the wiring diagram that is left.. I will try and post pictures of what I have of the diagram and see if that can help. I would really like to fix it because it does have some sentimental value to me.

That 803.809.030.11 number is the part number of the wiring diagram which I assure you isn't available from Dixie Narco any longer. Use the manual links to the wiring diagrams and see if any of them have the part number you have. If so then that is the diagram you'll need. Just having part of the diagram won't be of any help so you don't need to post any of it.

If you get impatient and keep hitting the Save button you will get the multiple posts as this site has a very slow server and you can begin to think that nothing is happening.
