mr cripsy hot chip vending machine keeps cycling non stop

Hi forum happy to find this forum and hope to find help here.
1. Just acquire a Mr crispy hot chips vending machine (model MC-II HOT FRENCH FRY VENDING MACHINE) and put it on but it just keep cycling non stop. There is a deep switch #6 on the processor board that the manual says should be switch off to prevent continuous operation. I have done that but not helped. Don't know what to do next.

2. Secondly it also has a Daytimer (model 4004-20B) that I don't know how to put off despite the instruction in the manual. The daytimer has on-tripper and off-tripper but they were not coupled onto the timer so I don't know how to couple them not to talk of how to use them to set the timer. Sometimes I rotate the put it on and it will not start but I do hear clock ticking and after some time the machine will start making chips non-stop. Doesn't accept money nor respond to automatic vend button but just keep working frying chips cup after cup. Please help with your experience of similar situations.

I have later read the posts on continuous vending and checked the vending motor, with switches, they are intact, I also cleaned the switches and problem remains.
