Error message

need help

I just got ahold of a vending machine and have zero knowledge about it. It will be used as a personal machine set up in my garage. The machine is a dixie-narco DCNB 501D3/280-8.
since it is for personal use i want to set it up so i can just press a vend button and it will dispense whatever product at no cost. What is the process for setting the price to FREE or what do i have to bipass in order to make this possible. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Setting a Dixie-Narco 501 to Free Vend

Bret,
Dixie-Narco 501 machines are price set by programming. You press the (usually red) service button on the control board and follow the intructions in one of the programming manuals listed below.
You do not say if it is a Coke branded machine or Pepsi/7up/etc. generic branded machine.
If it has original Coke graphics (when made at DN) then you will need this (4 button) manual:

If it has Pepsi/7up/other etc. graphics then you will this (2 button) manual:

Basically, after pressing the service button, you will be using the front buttons to go up or down thru the menu to get to the set price menu & you will be setting the price to zero dollars/cents. Read the manual for your machine & follow the instructions. Good luck.
