Wittern 3565 single zone temp. probe

My temp is reading 101 degrees but the inside is cold.I was told the temp probe was bad.My question is where is the probe located on this machine

According to the service manual on page 19 it says: "Single Zone versions have SENSOR1 located near the top-right of the vendor cabinet assembly." There is also a diagram.
