Placed my very first machine after verifying proper operation at home. Upon installing machine it quit vending on all buttons. Jumped jones plug and unit vends properly. Remove Coin mech and find burned spots in board. Install reman coin mech and it worked for less than a day. Recheck and find burned board. Look machine over and find bad ground. Going to get both coin mechanisms rebuilt but really would like feedback as to what might have caused this if not the bad ground. Both Coin mechs would accept change and light change button indicating correct amount but not vend. Would return change properly.
Any thoughts appreciated as I really don’t want to go through another coin mechanism. It’s getting expensive
I think I’ve found my problem. One of the ballasts for the lights was shorted. Where’ the place you all would recommend for coin mech repair or purchase?
