Cleaning/polishing Coke panel and selector buttons

I have a Dixie Narco 368/216-7 and want to clean/polish the large coke panel above the selector buttons and the selector buttons. They are weathered and a bit rough to the touch. Looking for cleaning ideas and best way to buff up the plastic to make them shine the best they can.

Thanks

Cleaning/Polishing Old Vending Machine Plastic Buttons

PARRR,
I once had some luck using autobody rubbing compound. It took a lot of buffing, I was afraid to use a power buffer for fear I would melt the plastic so I did it by hand. I thought it looked a lot better, but it did leave tiny 'buffing lines' from the rubbing compound. I was told polishing compound would reduce those, but it looked so much better I just left it as is.
A better option might be to get special buffing products made for plastic. I'm not sure where you would buy them at.
Also there are some YouTube videos of buffing/polishing clear plastic.
Hope this helps,
