papi.van,1. for the first

papi.van,
1. for the first question I need to know the model number of dixie-narco machine or at least is it a single-price or multi-price. (The model number can be found on a plate about 1/3 of the way up from the bottom on the left hand side of the machine door). If the plate is not there see this post here: http://www.vend-resource.com/content/identiyfing-make-and-model-soda-mac...
it is about how to identify the make and model of your machine. I should be able to tell you then if your mars trc6800 will work with your machine.

2. as for whether the mars trc6800 will work with MEXICAN COINS, it depends on whether it was set-up to work with mexican coins to begin with. If it was set-up to work with AMERICAN COINS it WILL NOT WORK with mexican coins with-out modification (either a chip or programming). There are a couple of other guys on this forum who are better qualified to tell you how or whether you can modifiy it your self.

BUT, I do know that the coin mech manufacturer's DO make changers that will work with mexican coins, but those coin mech's are set-up at the factory to do that. So you might also check with mars electronics at: http://www.meigroup.com/
they have a Mexico/Latin American division listed on there home page and and they probably speak fluent Spanish.
Hope this info helps.
