Dixie Narco 440, help

Hello

I have a Dixie Narco 440 machine. I am looking for help as to how to remove all the internal hardware from the machine. I already have the compressor out, but I want to take all the can holders, fan etc out so I have an empty shell.

I'm not sure how to reach all the screws I see.
