Dixie Narco 440 Motor not spinning

i bought this machine from a guy who claimed it worked fine but hasnt ran it in a long time. I got it home and its cold and everything works except the motors dont spin. So i thought maybe they were just rusty so i was hiting them a little bit to knock them loose a bit. Well now well i press the manual motor lever thing they hum like they are trying to work but still dont. So on two of them i took them apart and wd40 the gears and stuff inside thinking it would help them spin and it actually worked. I got two of them to work. But i cant seem to get the others to work. They all hum and sound like they are trying to work but just dont spin. Please help me. Thank youuu
