I am having 2 problems that hopefully can get addressed. First, the only coins that are getting returned are quarters-meaning, the machine will not accept quarters. Nicles, dimes are along with the dollar bills but the quarters just seem to pass right through to the coin return slot. The dang machine just wont accept quarters! I would have tried the manual for the machine but I was given THIS new position at work and the machine's manual was lost a very long time ago (as I am told). Second, if anyone knows of course, how do I change the price of the product on this machine? Answers to either or both would be appreciated. If anyone has a digitized copy of the manual, I would also appreciate it so I dont have to keep bothering all of you nice people with my ignorance. Thanks again!

I can help you with both questions. I need to know what kind of coinmech it is and model#. Depending on which coinmech it is it probably needs to be tuned. Also it is something that would not be in the machine service manual. You can probably go to Dixie-Narco web site and download the manual. I'm not up on all the model #'s but I think yours is a flat front 8 select. I do have a manual but mine covers a large variety of the machines. All Dixie-Narco's are all the same over the last 30 + years, They just started to change in the new electronics era but are basicly the same machine. Get me the coinmech model number and I'll help you out.
