Dixie Narco machine vends differently every time

I have a Dixie Narco machine that randomly delivers selections. You never know what you'll get. After reprograming it still does it. It's a 501.
Any suggestions? It's in a church and people laugh about needing to pray before selecting. Thanks. We use 50 cents for pop and 75 cents for water.

Has this machine ever worked right? Or is this a new machine to you? Is It loaded right?
Reprogrammed? Is It a electronic control board or single price machine? Can you give me an idea what you mean about don't know what you get? i.e. "Push selection 1 get selection 4 etc." give me a little more info will figure it out thanks.
