Dixie Narco Vending Problem

I have a Dixie Narco DCNB 5 selection machine. It is a double row machine. I have a problem with the last slot on the left when you open the machine. When you put a coin in and make that selection all the drinks will fall out like you hit the jack pot. The vend motor is not running, but all the drinks will fall out. What could be wrong?

Jackpotting without motor running?

zanntheman,
I will assume you have a single price machine (like a DN180 or DN240). That last column on the left has to be a double wide column because it is impossible to jackpot a single column without the vend motor running. On a double wide column it might be possible if the vend motor ran just enough to move the railover just enough and that column had some parts bent out of shape or missing. If you could upload a cellphone picture of the inside of that column (take the picture with the camera pointing down inside that column) I might be able to see what is wrong.
