Hello all , I currently have a machine that keeps giving me a “MDB POLL RESUMED & MDB POLL STOPPED “ I’ve tried contacting my help desk to resolve or at least get an explanation on what type of error this is or how to fix it but no one knows anything . I know it has to do with the cashless box I have on my vending machine but I need to know if it can be fixed or is it a communication error or if I might need a new box ?
