Possible bad capacitors ?

I have an old coke machine. I was putting new labels on the buttons and think I may have shorted something out. Now none of the buttons work. I can still manually get the dump to activate Wondering if it’s possible to short something out since I replace a spade connector on one of the wires.

Similar Issue

I have the exact same relay/time delay/capacitor housing setup as you and I am dealing with a similar issue. I just checked the capacitor and it was bad. I have a new one on the way and hopefully that will clear up the issue.
