Mars series 2000 bill acceptor for USI 3040

There are 2 flashes going on and the nachine will take change but the billvalidatoris not working. I believe it says thatthe nachine is not recognizing the validator. It was working until I moved the machine from one location to another. All connections look good. Can you help me figure out what is going on
