Vending Permits

I am looking to get into the vending machine business and I am trying to understand the feasibility. I am considering placing a vending machine at a subway station. Could you guys let me know about the licensing fees required to place a vending machine in a specfic location for a year ?

Also, what are the fees involved to include a credit card payment method in the vending machines?
