Vendo 480 Price Change

Hello Folks,
I have a Vendo 480p. I know how to change the prices.. mode > 3 times COST > Selection up or down until you get the right price.
On Column 10 the price is at zero and do the procedure but the price ultimately goes back to zero on its own. All of the other selections work great.
Just wondering if anybody knows how to remedy this.
