vendo 601 say SOLD out

I have two soda machines VENDO 601 and all slots have cans and yes cans pushpodle sold out but display say "SOL OUT!!!!" Then say cj1, cj2, ........... cj10 plz need help i have two vendors 601-10 same problem i ready change theboard and same problem

arturo,
the error message you mention is "cj1, cj2,..." that means "column jam". A selection will say sold out if a column is jammed. Check to see if you have cans jammed in the columns by testing each column manually (go to test vend through the controller board and try to vend that column) if it won't vend then you have a jammed can. If this is the case, get back to me and we will try to figure why they are jamming.

Vendo says "SOLD OUT" but columns have cans.

Currently having the same issue on exact machine. ER-1, cj1-10. Changed board, still ER-1, 1-10. Sold Out flashing. Checked all motors and their switches. Generally pretty good about isolating and solving issues, all functions on the boards work, except test vend, whichever selection is tested, cj# displays. The machine is smarter than me. What am I overlooking? Thanks for any help.
