Vendo 720 c/c flashes

I have a Vendo 720 vending machine that has a c/c light that flashes and the machine does not accept any coins or cash. The coin assembly is labeled, Conclux five. Could someone help me resolve this please. Is there a service manual on this machine that I could get too? Thank you for your time and assistance

Vendo with Conlux light flashing and won't take change.

We have both manuals on our site, the Vendo 720 manual here: www.vend-resource.com/book/vendo-v-max-models-720-840-576-service-manual

By 'c/c light' I assume you mean one of the coin mech lights is flashing. There are 2 lights 1 red, 1 yellow. Both lights are explained starting on page 8 of the Conlux manual.
