Vendo V407 Stuck Column

I was loading some water bottles in column 4 and one got stuck, I unplugged the machine, unstuck the bottle but now the column stays open. Does anyone have a proper way of getting this unstuck? I'm really good mechanically but I'm a visual learner. If anyone has pictures it would be much appreciated. Also I couldn't figure out how to set the column to dispense the 16.9 oz water bottles... read somewhere something about setting a switch to dispense one? I took pictures of my current situation.

Your column is probably stuck by a worn out gate link behind

the motor. That is a plastic part that opens and closes the gate on the left of the column to reload products. You can remove the three screws that hold the motor to the stack and pull it away to free up the gate link but you will need to replace it because once it jams that means it's worn out. You can email me via the link in this post for a replacement. It's not a bad idea to replace them all as once one is that worn out the others aren't far behind.

To adjust the motor for one product deep vending you need to flex the front adjustable plastic motor cam (grey in your photo) and move it to a position that leaves only one notch visible on the edge of the motor cam.
