Vintage Coca Cola machine Repair

Hi everyone! My name is Jamie and I'm a newbie to the forums. I decided to join because I'm having a bit of a problem. My 1970's Vintage Coca Cola machine (after years of serving me well) has broken down and I'm not sure what to do. When I plug it in, absolutely nothing happens and I've tried different outlets.

Normally, a person like myself would say "oh well..it had a good run." But I want to save this baby! She's been in my family before I was a kid and frankly, it kept ALL of our drinks cold.

So that's the evident reason for me joining the forum. I want to save my vending machine and I have no idea where to start. Do any of you have ANY inkling as to what could be going wrong? Any advice would be appreciated. :D

Jamie,
If you could give me more info on what type of machine, I'm sure I could help you resolve your problem. Even though you call it vintage those of us in vending call those machine most reliable.
