Necta Dual Zanussi

Hello I have a Necta Dual vending machine which now keeps blowing the top 10A fuse. This happens after a few mins of powering up when fan kicks in. I thought it was the compressor but my partner has disconnected the compressor and plugged it straight into a wall socket 240v. It seems to run ok, done same thing with fan and that runs ok too.

Could it be something to do with the start up voltage in the machine? Please can someone explain.

If it also does this with the compressor unplugged and only

when the fan starts then you probably have a bad fan motor. The compressor may be able to plug directly into the wall and if it runs fine that way then it's okay.
