i have this combo machine for a month. i bought it used from a guy. i don't know how old is the machine and no warranty. It said RC800 Made in China on the sticker.
i don't know what brand or name of the machine. it's a snack on the top and soda on the bottom machine.
my customer put a dollar in the machine. the soda is not coming out but the snack part works fine. Prior that, it has 3 slots for bottles soda. it gives me a bomb sound. that bomb sounds like soda is dropping but no soda came out. now the can soda and bottle soda are not working.
what is the problem? how do i fix it?

Your machine appears to be a 1-800-VENDING model RC800/850 modular combo machine.
They have an online manual about the machine available with detailed operating instructions, just how much troubleshooting information is in it I can't say. However they should be able to help or at least point you in the right direction, so give them a call at 1-800-Vending. I do not own one ther machines so I am not familiar with them, but I hope this info helps.
