gumdrop,
I will assume you are referring to a Vendo? Model# 193?
Please recheck your model number because I have never heard of a Model 193 by Vendo.
If you can't find the model number, is your machine a 2 can or 3 can deep machine? You can tell by whether you can fit 3 cans deep in a selection column or not.
I think I can help you fix this machine if you get back to me.

gumdrop,
Thanks that helps a bunch. If it was working fine before, you didn't change anything and this just started then the first thing I would check for would be a sticky motor brake. There is a post here that covers this subject pretty well here: Motor keeps spinning
If you just got the machine, loaded it and it is vending 2 cans then none you might want to also check the Vendo manual (on pages 10 - 15 of the service section in that manual) for the correct setting for the form spacer, shims and cams for the product you are vending. The manual is located here: Vendo Quick Vend Parts and Service Manual Model 345
Hope this helps,
daryl
